Firm Foundation Consulting was founded by Odene Gerber — and the name isn't incidental. After graduating from Potchefstroom, Odene spent nine years at a single firm, moving through creditors control, financial management, sales, and ultimately into the role of Group Business and Process Director. She didn't collect job titles. She learned how businesses actually work — from the invoice level up to the boardroom.
That breadth is the foundation.
